The available thickness ranges from 0.12mm to 1.0mm (standard corrugated ranges from 0.105mm to 0.8mm). The width is typically 762mm to 1250mm before corrugating, and 600mm to 1100mm after corrugating.
The top paint coating ranges from 8 to 35 microns (commonly 15 to 25 um), while the back paint thickness ranges from 3 to 25 microns (commonly 5 +/-2 um).
We employ standard seaworthy export packing which consists of 3 layers: inside dust-proof kraft paper, waterproof plastic film in the middle, and outside GI steel sheet wrapping secured with steel strips, angle protectors, and solid wood pallets.
Commonly requested colors include blue, green, golden, and yellow. We offer various spangle options such as regular spangle, minimum spangle, zero spangle, and big spangle, depending on project needs.
