Specifications, thickness and colors can be produced as required, meeting different engineering needs with stable quality and fast delivery.
The base materials include DX51D+Z, SGCC, and SGLCC (both Galvanized and Galvalume). The zinc coating ranges from Z60-Z275 (Galvanized) and AZ50-AZ150 (Galvalume), with customizable thicknesses from 0.3mm to 1.2mm, widths from 600mm to 1250mm, and lengths up to 12m for corrugated sheets.
We offer a 10-year warranty against fading, chalking, and red rust for PE coatings, and an extended 20-year warranty for PVDF coatings. Note that the warranty does not cover improper installation, natural disasters, or human-induced damage.
Our products can be produced according to GB/T 12754-2006, ASTM A653, and EN 10147 standards. Quality control includes raw material inspection, online tracking of coating thickness, surface visual checks, and mechanical/corrosion resistance sampling tests. Certificates such as ISO9001, SGS, and BV are available upon request.
The recommended overlap length is ≥50mm for roofing profiles and ≥40mm for wall cladding. Fasteners should be galvanized self-drilling screws equipped with EPDM washers. To protect against thermal expansion and contraction damage, expansion joints should be installed every 6 to 8 meters.
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5 tons (negotiable depending on requirements), and the standard production lead time is 7 to 15 days following the receipt of the deposit.
Products are wrapped with waterproof plastic film, kraft paper, and reinforced with steel strips, and then packed securely on export-standard wooden pallets. Shipments are typically dispatched via main ports in China, including Shanghai, Ningbo, and Qingdao.
