Wear-resistant steel plate consists of a low carbon steel plate and an alloy wear-resistant layer, which is generally 1/3~1/2 of the total thickness. When working, the strength, toughness, and plasticity of resistance to external forces are provided by the matrix, and the wear resistance of the alloy wear layer meets the requirements of specific working conditions.


Wear-resistant steel plate is mainly divided into general type, impact type, and high-temperature type. The total thickness can range from a minimum of 4mm to a maximum of 200mm.
